Producing Your SafetyScene Program

Our objective is to minimize your meeting preparation time. With minimal effort on your part in producing the program, the result is amazing - a monthly, full-year, structured safety awareness program totally customized for your operation. SafetyScene is simple to implement and designed in advance so there is no additional administration time required to run the program. What could be easier?

After we've received your order form and twelve safety topics, the following production process occurs. Program development takes 6 to 8 weeks.

Phase 1- Written Content
The first phase in production includes the development of all the written content for the program.

Our Safety Specialist will call you and conduct a 30-45 minute telephone interview. The interview will help him to identify the specific hazards and concerns allowing us to write and prepare the customized safety talks.Once the safety talks, poster concepts, summary sheets, and quiz cards are finalized in a rough draft format, they will be emailed to you for proofing and editing.

Phase 2- Photography
In phase 2, all of the images for the program are taken. You will be asked to provide digital photographs for the program or we will send our professional photographer to your site. (Poster concepts previously approved).

Phase 3- Graphic Design
Phase 3 is reserved for our creative department. Our graphic designer will begin the design phase for all required elements of the program. This includes: a new or revised safety logo, binder design (front/back/spine), poster template design, quiz cards, summary sheets, and any additional design required.This is a very exciting stage because all of your hard work begins to take on a "visual" appeal - giving full impact to the message of the program.

Phase 4- Production
The fourth phase involves proofing, editing, production, printing, packaging and shipping of the program materials.If required, Contact Communications has extensive experience in shipping to foreign countries.
